My ebook or audiobook link has not arrived
Check your spam and promotions folders first — that is where it is about 90% of the time. If it is genuinely missing, message us with the email address you used at checkout and we will resend it within the hour.
Where is my paperback?
Paperbacks are dispatched within 24 hours and typically arrive in 5–8 business days. Your tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel is scanned. If it has been more than 10 business days, message us and we will chase it or send a replacement.
I would like a refund
You have 30 days. Send us the email address you ordered with and we will process it — no forms and no explanation needed. Refunds land back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Can I change my order to a different edition?
Yes, as long as the paperback has not shipped. Message us and we will either upgrade you and charge the difference, or refund the difference if you are moving down.
